The Fall Leisure Guide and Drop-in Schedules are coming July 28. Registration for Recreation & Culture programs opens August 4. Harbour Pool programming registration opens August 5.

  • When creating a NEW GoLeisure account for your family or group, add an account owner (parent or adult) first before adding other adults and children. This helps ensure proper invoicing.
  • When registering online, enter the postal code that matches the billing address of your payment card. This is required to complete your transaction.

Admissions and Memberships


The Dow Centennial Centre (DCC) and Harbour Pool offer membership and admission options for everyone!

Whether you're visiting for the day or making recreation part of your regular routine, the Dow Centennial Centre (DCC) and Harbour Pool offer a variety of admission and membership options to fit your lifestyle.

Choose from drop-in admissions, monthly or annual memberships, family passes, and discounted rates for youth, seniors, and students.

New password requirements for the GoLeisure online registration system are in effect.

Update your password by clicking Login, and selecting Forgot/Create Password.

Your new password must:

  • Be at least 12 characters long
  • Include an uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • Include a lowercase letter (a-z)
  • Include a number (0-9)
  • Include a special character (such as @, #, $, %)

Passwords that do not meet these requirements must be updated before you can successfully log in.
