Swim for Life® programs include: Parent & Tot 1-3, Preschool 1-5, Swimmer 1-6, Stroke Improvement, Adult 1-3. Canadian Swim Patrol programs include: Rookie Patrol, Ranger Patrol, Star Patrol. Private Lessons are also included in this section.

Aqua Bootcamp is designed to provide a more intense aerobic workout than our Shallow and Deep Aquasize classes. This fast-paced, 45-minute workout is led by a certified aquafitness instructor and will help to improve your cardio, increase your endurance, strengthen your core, and, most importantly, challenge yourself.

This un-parented class combines physical activity, art, music, stories, snack, and of course swimming! Each class includes a minimum half hour pool session. *Children MUST BE COMPLETELY TOILET TRAINED prior to registration* Registration for Preschool Plunge and Play must occur in person at a City of Fort Saskatchewan facility or over the phone at 780-992-6162.
