Power Up! Program

Power Up is an educational program geared towards sport groups across Canada that focuses on building confidence in girls. This program will incorporate a facilitator-led curriculum, games-focused activities, a practical component (a sport experience delivered by us), and strategies to help engage and promote long-term participation of girls in sport. During our sessions, we may play various sports in a fun, empowering, and caring environment. We aim to provide an atmosphere of acceptance, so girls are not afraid to try new things and gain the benefits of physical activity.

Babysitter Training Program

This one-day, hands-on course will give students the tools they need to become St. John Ambulance-certified babysitters. In addition to learning basic first aid, they will learn how to engage with children, deal with temper tantrums, practice diaper changing, and prevent injuries.

Sportball Multi-Sport

If we asked a Sportball parent to design the ultimate class, it would look a lot like Multi- Sport. Each class introduces a new sport, keeping children active, engaged, and building skills along the way. This well-rounded program supports physical literacy, confidence, and competence, giving children a strong foundation for lifelong active living. Eight sports, one registration, coached with purpose using Sportball Methodology.
