Your Leader in Training experience includes a training session and volunteer time in a summer program setting. You will be able to put your skills to work while committing to work as a LIT for a minimum of 35 consecutive hours (one full week of camp) in our awesome summer programs; which run from July-August. In addition to having fun and gaining valuable experience, you will be given feedback to help build on your new found skills, as well as, receive a swag bag full of amazing goodies, for each week that you participate in our summer programs, a certificate for training you completed and a reference letter.
