Minds in Motion is a program designed for people with early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia to enjoy with a friend, family member or care partner. The program combines physical activity and mental stimulation in a social environment.

Moving 4 Life

Moving 4 Life

A gentle muscular, strength, and endurance class, perfect for the beginner yet challenging enough for the active person. Using small equipment the primary goals of this class are toning, strengthening, and increasing mobility. A great class for participants rehabilitating or living with mobility issues. Everyday living made easier through exercise.

MS Active Strength and Stretch

Exercise is recognized as an important part of the care plan for MS. The goal of exercise is to improve your overall health and help maintain function, your independence and quality of life. This strength and stretch program can help you achieve your goals. Before beginning an exercise program, be sure to talk to your doctor. (This class is open to all neurological disorders.)

NOT Falling For You

Partnership program with Alberta Health Services designed to help older adults aged 50+ prevent fall risks and injuries through information sharing and physical activity. Ideal for individuals who are independant and looking to maintain and build their physical abilities to avoid falls as they age and build neighbourly connections. Come as you are, no previous experience with group exercise required!

PWR!Moves

PWR!Moves helps individuals with Parkinsons mitigate symptoms and rebuild functionality.The PWR!Moves can be practiced in multiple positions, made progressively more physically and cognitively challenging, and be used differently to target each person’s unique symptoms individually.

Strollercise

Strollercise

You don't have to miss your workout! Bring your baby along for all the high intensity drills, strength, cardio and core training you can handle. Older children must be able to stay in the stroller.

Urban Poling

Improve your motor skills, balance and gait in and effective and safe environment with this pole walking and directional stepping class geared for clientele living with Parkinsons. *please note clients are responsible to purchase and bring their own ACTIVATOR poles for class
